Villa Mil Palmeras
Beachfront villa with private pool.
Our villa is located in Mil Palmeras with 320 sunny days per year. It was extended and completely renovated in 2012. Here you can live up to 8 people privately, 300 square meters of land and your own pool. This just a couple of minutes walk to a fantastic sandy beach and the salty waters of the Mediterranean Sea. About thirty restaurants within walking distance and a well-stocked grocery store with a bakery just 50 meters away.
About the villa
The house has a total of 170 square meters, of which 35 square meters are covered balconies. In addition to this, there is a roof terrace of 50 m2 with some views of the Mediterranean Sea. There are four bedrooms with beds for eight people. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/living room and a covered terrace next to the pool. On the upper floor, a large bedroom, a bathroom, living room with TV and a large terrace under the roof. The pool is 7 x 3.5 m and can be heated during autumn and spring for an additional fee.
Mil Palmeras
Farthest south on the Costa Blanca in south-eastern Spain is Mil Palmeras, next to the Mediterranean Sea. The 1 km long sandy beach is the big magnet and here is full of activities in the summer and a little quieter in the winter. The majority of the homes are owned by Spaniards as summer homes.
