About us

We are a Swedish family living in Sweden and in Mil Palmeras, Spain. The first time we came to Mil Palmeras was in 1999. We thought this was a little gem and we decided to buy a home here. In 2003, we started renting out when we not are using the home ourselves.

The villa

In the spring of 2011, we bought a villa with a good location but in great need of renovation. The house was built on and the entire property renovated. Everything was ready by the summer of 2012.

The result

The villa currently has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are a total of 8 beds. Patios under cover on the ground floor and level 1. Roof terrace with some sea view. License for renting to 8 people is available and the house is fully insured.
