Prices for renting the house in Spain

The prices always include electricity, water, A/C (four units), broadband, pool maintenance twice a week and final cleaning

Weekends such as Christmas, Easter, etc. are at least mid-season

Reservation fee SEK 6,000/week non-refundable in case of cancellation

The rental cost is paid one month before arrival

Deposit between SEK 6,000 - 10,000

The property is insured.

Contract is drawn up.
